Scott
has been involved with wines in the restaurant and retail business for the last 10 years. He has traveled through wine country in California and
Italy. His passion and knowledge of wines was developed and nurtured while working in a 4 star restaurant in Aspen, Colorado. Since his introduction to wines Scott has learned to appreciate the different nuances of wines
from all over the globe. He has a special affinity for wines from France's Rhone Valley, Italy's Tuscan Region, and California's Sonoma Valley.
Dave Dave
has been involved in the wine trade for
20 years, both in retail and wholesale.
Over that time he has developed a keen
interest and knowledge of wines from
viticultural areas throughout the world.
He loves discovering new wines and
sharing these finds with the customers
of Liquor Depot. His personal favorites
include Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon,
Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc and
Argentinean Malbec. He is also quite a
fan of beer, especially enjoying the
Trappist Ales of Belgium, German Hefe-Weiss
and American I.P.A.’s.
